Here’s what you’ll do:
Collaborate with the head office to create production plans and schedules.
Efficiently allocate resources, including labor and machinery.
Ensure optimal inventory levels through procurement coordination.
Work closely with quality control teams to maintain product quality.
Serve as the main point of contact between the head office and production plant.
Generate reports and data analysis for decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulations.
Train and develop production staff in best practices.
Proactively address production-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in production planning and control within manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
