Here’s what you’ll do:
Responsible for managing and innovate quality control process.
Responsible for documentation and system as per ISO certification requirement.
Responsible for quality assurance.
Lead and manage the team.
Monitor all quality test reports.
Ensure upkeeping all instruments calibrated along with its documentation.
Understanding customer expectation and implement the processes for achieving the same.
Designing product specification to comply to safety standards.
Conduct IGI of all materials as per the quality plan to ensure quality assurance of the final products.
Engage with customer, implement feedbacks, to maintain 100% customer acceptance.
Conduct Kaizen, 5S and TQM.
Team-up for NPD (new product development).
Qualification & Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MSC (Physics and Chemistry), or a related field.
Proven 2 years of experience in quality management and quality control processes.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
