The Genesis
In 2014, a unique opportunity presented itself - a financially distressed factory, manufacturing a critical element for Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) was up for sale. As seasoned telecom industry veterans, we were intrigued. How could a key player in connecting India digitally falter?
The Investigation
We dove deep into our industry knowledge, studying the untapped potential of OFC in uniting India and the world into a global village. Our reputable past became our stepping stone, helping us muster the resources to resurrect the ailing factory.
The Turnaround
Once onboard, we quickly identified the technical roadblocks. Our strategy: Innovate. We introduced cutting-edge technology and overhauled the quality systems, all while imbibing the industry's best practices.
The result? Outstanding quality production and timely, competitive supply to our valued customers.
The Journey to Excellence
We moved mountains, literally, relocating our factory 1,500 kms closer to our customers to provide Just-In-Time services. Embracing customer feedback as our compass, we continually improved and expanded our product range to include water-swellable FRPs, ARPs, Duct Rodder, and Flat FRPs.
Quality, Our Mantra
Our team's passion transformed our quality approach from 'control' to 'assurance.' This drive, coupled with our laser-focused export strategy, has expanded our horizons to international markets.
